At Bhygraph Géotechnique, our laboratory testing services provide reliable data for understanding soils and verifying the quality of construction materials.

Our laboratory identifies and classifies soils and measures their mechanical properties to support geotechnical and engineering studies.

We carry out testing in accordance with applicable NF EN and NF P standards.

Soil identification and classification

Our soil identification services include moisture content, particle-size analysis, hydrometer analysis, Atterberg limits, methylene blue value, and density measurements.

These tests help establish the physical characteristics and classification of soils for engineering applications.

Mechanical behaviour and earthworks

We also perform mechanical behaviour tests to evaluate settlement, permeability, and shear strength.

Our capabilities include oedometer testing, direct shear testing, and triaxial CU+u and CD tests.

For earthworks and pavement projects, we conduct Proctor tests, CBR tests, in-situ density measurements, and plate load tests. We also perform light dynamic plate testing and pavement deflection measurements.

Aggregates, concrete, and bituminous materials

For aggregates, our laboratory conducts Los Angeles, Micro-Deval, sand equivalent, flakiness, density, and water absorption tests.

Concrete and cement testing forms another important part of our laboratory services. These services include concrete mix design, slump testing, specimen preparation and crushing, splitting tests, and rebound hammer testing. We also perform cover-meter and Ferroscan investigations, as well as cement setting and strength tests.

For bituminous materials, we conduct binder testing, asphalt production and laying quality control, and pavement coring.

On-site laboratory and quality control

Our laboratory services can also be deployed directly on construction sites to verify the quality of completed works.

Site laboratory services include material approval reviews, concrete mix assessments, compaction control, and concreting supervision. We provide joint testing, regular technical reports, and support during project acceptance.
